Our courses are a great opportunity for anyone wanting to deepen and expand their knowledge on the art of coffee in its broad sense: from espresso to cappuccino, and from the most suitable equipment to the most effective ways of managing their business and improve customers' relationships.
In addition to the scheduled courses, whenever the need or opportunity arises, "BAR MASTER" organizes both in Italy and abroad ad-hoc events and professional tuition courses aimed at fulfilling any training requirement specifically addressed to the Ho.Re.Ca. market.

Each participant will receive a certificate of attendance and, if the course includes a final examination, certification of the training qualifications achieved (e.g.: Coffee Tasting Diploma and the title of Italian Espresso Specialist).

The coffee
The purpose of this section of training courses titled "THE COFFEE" is to deepen and expand the knowledge on the World of Coffee by means of coffee tasting tuitions and specific training on the art of making a true Italian espresso and other coffee-based creations.
The Cappuccino
The aim of this section of courses titled "THE CAPPUCCINO" is to teach how to make a perfect cappuccino as well as enhance it with original decorative details.
