The HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point) system adopted by Magazzini del Caffè SpA to ensure the food safety of its products through the identification of the critical control points - namely the stages at which control must be exerted to eliminate, prevent, or reduce a hazards to an acceptable level for foodstuffs - has been endorsed during inspections carried out by the international certifying bodies.

Magazzini del Caffè SpA pays utmost attention to the environment.

Besides performing multiple checks on its atmospheric emissions, and further to having installed an advanced system of fume scrubbers ensuring ongoing compliance with all current laws and provisions, it operates a separate collection system for the waste produced in order to maximize recycling and also allocates some of the coffee processing residues for reuse as food supplement for animals.
